Terms of Service

    Last Updated: August 15, 2026

    Simple Summary

ProtectSmartly provides an emergency alert platform that sends notifications via SMS, phone calls, push notifications, and email to your designated emergency contacts during urgent situations.

By using our service, you consent to receive emergency alerts and verification messages. We respect your privacy and will never sell your personal information.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. Reply "STOP" to any SMS to unsubscribe from alerts.

Our service is provided "as is" and while we strive for reliability, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Users acknowledge that technology can fail and should always contact official emergency services (911 or local equivalent) in life-threatening situations.

    1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ProtectSmartly mobile application and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
