Need to remove your ProtectSmartly account or personal information? Send us a quick note and we’ll take care of it within 24 hours.
How to request deletion
Email our team at sales@protectsmartly.com using the subject line “Delete My Data”. Include the phone number or email tied to your ProtectSmartly account so we can find it quickly.
What happens next?
- We confirm receipt of your request by email.
- Your ProtectSmartly data is permanently deleted within 24 hours.
- We send a final confirmation once everything is removed.
If you change your mind, just reply to the confirmation email within the 24 hour window and we can cancel the deletion.
