Do I need to prove I'm a student?
No. There's no student ID check for the safety features. If you're interested in the free student premium program, we have a separate verification flow for that.
Does the app work off campus?
Yes. It works anywhere with a mobile signal — off-campus housing, study-abroad trips, weekend visits home. Nothing is tied to a specific school.
What if I lose signal in a building?
Alerts queue on your phone. The moment you're back on Wi-Fi or cellular, they send with your latest known location.
Can my parents see where I am all the time?
